Danish historian Jan Jessen will discuss the period when Fascism was on the rise across Europe in the early 1930s.  During this period, Danish politicians grappled with the fear of war and its consequences for Danish policy and society.  How did the decisions in the 1930s lay the groundwork for Denmark's actions during the Second World War occupation.
